The owner represents to Wagworks Training that the dog is in good health and that all medical requirements are current. Wagworks Training may refuse to accept any dog whose health, condition or immediate behaviour could jeopardize the health or safety of Wagworks Training personnel or other animals.
No pet can stay with us unless it is healthy and we have confirmation from a licensed veterinarian that the pet has received all vaccinations and health requirements, that is required by Wagworks Training.
Prices are subject to change without notice and seasonal rates may apply. Kennel check out time is by noon at the agreed time, on the departure date and additional charges will be due for late check out.
Reservations are accepted but not guaranteed without verification of Wagworks Training requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse accepting your dog at check-in for any reason, including without limit, if it appears to us the dog is sick, injured, in pain, or that its behaviour could jeopardize the health or safety of other pets or our staff.
We have the utmost respect for owners who have taken the responsibility of intending to train their dogs and address any behavioural problems, rather than abuse or abandon their dog. We thank you for choosing Wagworks Training in the process.
However, kindly be reminded that courtesy and respect is a two way process. We have the right to refuse acceptance or communicating with the owners any further, should the boundaries of professionalism and service is crossed due to the lack of respect and abruptness from the owners or their representatives/ Agents.
